Over the past couple of years, I’ve had the privilege in assisting more than 200 families in their HDB to condo upgrade.
These clients are mainly HDB upgraders who rely heavily on their HDB sales proceeds to fund their private property purchase.

Most importantly, we ensure their HDB upgrades are safe by maintaining a buffer fund in their CPF OAs which they can tap on in times of need.
